Module vc1 

VC-1 / WMV9 syntax parser (Simple/Main and progressive Advanced Profile).

The bitstream syntax in this module follows FFmpeg’s libavcodec/vc1.c and SMPTE 421M. It is intentionally kept separate from the reconstruction code in decoder.rs so ASF/WMV3 and ASF/WVC1 can share the same parser.

vc1_unescape_buffer

Remove VC-1 start-code emulation prevention bytes, matching FFmpeg’s vc1_unescape_buffer(): 00 00 03 xx (xx < 4) becomes 00 00 xx.
